The Terminal Hub

Comprehensive interior design project for The Terminal Hub building, located in the marina of Valencia, Spain.

This project was both a business and design proposal for the top floor of the building, a blank canvas consisting of 2,500 m² where I let my imagination run wild with the construction of a physical wellness and health centre, a very topical issue.
Pilates Studio

This space has been designed as a true sanctuary dedicated to the practice of Pilates reformer.

During sessions, clients spend much of their time looking up at the ceiling, as the machines are designed for exercises in a lying position. Therefore, it was essential to pay special attention to this element of the space.

Every detail was taken care of to avoid direct lighting (overhead lighting) and, instead, indirect, warm lighting was chosen to help create a relaxing atmosphere.
Thus, while users concentrate on their practice, they can observe a ceiling decorated with wallpaper that evokes a natural field, accompanied by the vegetation surrounding the room. All of this combines to create a calm, harmonious and deeply peaceful visual and sensory experience.
Shop

The freestanding display unit is made from the same material as the flooring, creating a seamless sense of visual and material continuity throughout the space. In line with this pursuit of harmony and flow, a circular form was chosen to encourage the natural movement of customers and facilitate circulation around the display.
